The name AlsoGoing, its mark, the design of the site and its source code belong to the publisher. Reproducing them without permission is not allowed.
What members write (trip descriptions, messages, photographs) remains theirs. Publishing it here grants AlsoGoing only what it needs to display it to other members and to operate the service.
AlsoGoing puts travellers in touch with each other. It does not organise journeys, does not carry anyone, and is not a party to what members agree between themselves. Section 4 of the Terms sets this out in full, and it matters more here than anywhere else on the site.
Trips, seats and descriptions are written by members. We do not verify them.
How personal data is collected and used, and how to exercise your rights over it, is set out in the Privacy policy.
This site is governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably falls to the competent French courts.
